At the heart of the concept lies natural, high-quality landscaping, which takes the swimming and wellness experience to a whole new level. Inside, artificial rock walls with built-in planters, lush tropical plants and vertical plant curtains provide striking green accents. Hanging plants give the halls a soft, lively texture, and the exotic vegetation conjures up a Caribbean atmosphere. Even in the entrance area, the transition from upland landscape to bathing area is harmoniously staged, with deciduous and coniferous trees framing the entrance and welcoming visitors into a lush green setting.
This nature-inspired design concept is also evident in the outdoor area. A spacious sunbathing lawn with locally appropriate planting and the newly created sauna garden combine wellness and nature in a unique way. This creates a place of peace, relaxation and mindful retreat.
A central element of the sustainable design is the intensive green roof. Pre-grown plant carpets were integrated into prepared substrate areas in sections. These carpets make a valuable contribution to ecological diversity and improve thermal insulation while blending harmoniously into the overall architectural design.
This project has created a green oasis that blends relaxation, adventure and nature, and sets new standards for atmospheric leisure and wellness experiences in time for its December opening.
